Oh man, you know you and i have talked about this one a lot over the last year. It's crazy, and of course, one of the issues brought on by the NPD data I had is that the population of working playwrights is far more diverse than the staffs of non-culturally-specific theaters. That's a big fucking problem if you ask me.
